About this service
Where ducted makes sense
Ducted suits properties where you want every room covered and would rather not see indoor units on the walls. Because the equipment sits out of the way and only the vents are visible, it is the usual choice for whole houses, larger apartments, offices and retail spaces.
Zoning lets you run only the parts of the building you are using, so you are not paying to condition empty rooms. We size the system to the building rather than to a rule of thumb, because an undersized system runs flat out and an oversized one cycles badly.
What we do with ducted systems
New installations, replacing or upgrading an ageing system, relocating equipment during a renovation, scheduled servicing, and repairs when something stops working. Fault finding and diagnostics, refrigerant leak detection and gas recharging are all part of the same service.
We work on ducted systems for homeowners, business owners, offices, retail stores, medical centres, childcare centres, warehouses and strata properties.

Ducted Air Conditioning: your questions answered
Do you install ducted air conditioning across Sydney?
Yes. We install ducted air conditioning across Sydney CBD & Inner City, the Eastern Suburbs, South Sydney & Sutherland Shire and the St George Area — 81 suburbs in total, for homes and businesses.
Can you replace an old ducted system rather than repair it?
Yes. Replacement and upgrades are part of what we do. We will look at the existing system, tell you honestly whether a repair makes sense, and quote the replacement if it does not.
Can you move ducted equipment during a renovation?
Yes. Air conditioning relocation is one of our services. Talk to us before the work starts so the new positions can be planned properly rather than worked around.
Do you service ducted systems you did not install?
Yes. Servicing, repairs, fault finding and diagnostics are available on ducted systems regardless of who installed them.
