About this service
What a service covers
Filter cleaning, coil cleaning and condensate drain cleaning, refrigerant leak detection, and a check of the components that commonly fail — fan motors, sensors and capacitors. Fault finding and diagnostics are part of the same visit if something is not behaving.
A system that has not been serviced works harder to reach the same temperature, which shows up on the power bill long before it shows up as a fault.
Preventative and scheduled maintenance
For commercial sites, preventative and scheduled maintenance means equipment is checked on a plan rather than when it fails. That matters most where downtime is expensive — restaurants, cafés, retail stores, medical centres and warehouses.
The same applies to commercial refrigeration, which we can cover on the same maintenance schedule.
Good to know
Servicing & Maintenance: your questions answered
How often should an air conditioner be serviced?
It depends on how hard the system works and the environment it runs in. A system in a commercial kitchen needs attention far more often than one in a spare bedroom. Talk to us about your setup and we will suggest a schedule.
What does a service actually include?
Filter, coil and condensate drain cleaning, refrigerant leak detection, and checks on the components that commonly fail. Fault finding is included if something is not running properly.
Do you offer maintenance contracts for businesses?
We offer preventative and scheduled maintenance for commercial clients, and can cover air conditioning and commercial refrigeration on the same schedule.
Will servicing lower my running costs?
A clean, correctly charged system does not have to work as hard to reach the same temperature. We will not put a number on the saving, because it depends entirely on the system and how it is used.
